The Lincoln 1000 Remanufacturing process:

• Ovens are dismantled and cleaned
• All stainless steel is re-brushed
• All new insulation is installed
• Axial fan is installed in control panel
• All electrical components are replaced with new
• Digital speed control is installed
• Watlow temperature control is installed (1450 style)
• All new wiring run
• 110V NEW STYLE back is installed
  (3-blade fan, no exhaust hole) (replaced with new or rebuilt)
• Electronic gas valve is installed
• Electronic pilot valve is installed
• New burn tube is installed
• All new gas plumbing is run
• DC motor replaced with new or rebuilt motor
• Ovens are test baked by one of our technicians

Lincoln 1000 / 1450

The Impinger I oven can be stacked two high for maximum cooking capacity. With a 32" (813mm) wide conveyor belt and 40" (1016mm) baking chamber, each deck will bake 60 -16 in pizzas per hr (5 min. bake time 70 per hr, 14-in., 5 min. bake time).
