Our Professional Range ovens are equipped with internal side liners for even release of heat throughout the oven, thus conserving energy while providing maximum efficiency. Depending on oven size, burners range from 20,000 to 28,000 BTUs.
Our ranges model in sizes of 24", 36", 48", 60", 60" BG and 72", with various open top, griddle or broiler combinations available. Open top burners are rated at a powerful 25,000 BTU's.

Open the door to our gas convection ovens and you'll immediately notice the difference. The 50,000 BTU/hr aluminized steel tube burner is controlled and baffled for even heat distribution and maximum efficiency. The heavy-duty 3/4 hp motor handles high volume as well as delicate backing with two speeds.
Door handles, door, legs, side panels and stand are stainless steel. Six bright, chrome-plated oven racks have 12 rack positions. Side racks lift out for easy cleaning. Deeper models available.

Like its gas counterpart, the electric oven comes standard with stainless steel door handles, doors, legs, side panels and stand.
The EM models come equipped with a snap action electromechanical 150°F to 500°F thermostat and one hour timer.

The EE models offer a 140°F to 500°F thermostat, cook and hold, min/sec and hr/min, 50/60 HZ and 12 hour timer.

The Counter Burner provides even heat and high output for each 25,000 BTU, cast iron hex-type burner. Sizes range from 12" to 72".

With an even heat of 30,000 BTUs/hr each cast-iron H-type burners, the CRB is a workhorse for your kitchen. Cast-iron two sided grates are adjustable to two positions. The CRB comes with porous lava rocks that are not only excellent at retaining heat, but also distribute usable heat efficiently and effectively, for even and fast cooking.

The DCS Professional Counter Equipment Series Radiant Broiler is designed to provide reliable, solid performance for many years. It's equipped with cast iron radiants, heavy-duty reversible cast iron cooking racks, heavy castings and efficient, 15,000 BTUs/hr tube burners. The DCS-RB is a powerful counter broiler for delicate cooking and heavy broiling needs.

Powerful Cast-iron 3-ring burners are individually controlled for maximum flexibility. Total BTU/hr is 100,000, with an inner 8" burner rated at 45,000 BTU/hr and an outer 12" burner rated at 50,000 BTU/hr. (Double width or double depth units also available).

Our Salamander's infra-red burners employ special heat-resistant alloy steel wire mesh, a DCS innovation that facilitates distribution of heat to a large area and imparts longer life. The burners make our Salamander more efficient that the competition, and are resistant towards any damage or chipping.
The Salamander comes in one 36" size, which can be either wall-, counter-, or range-mounted.

The DCS Cheesemelter is available in a variety of widths and other configurations. Each burner is 20,000 BTU/hr or 30,000 BTU/hr, depending upon the size. Taller units accommodate additional rack positions.

The Ceramic Gas Tandoor has a gas input of 70,000 BTUs/hours with overall dimensions of 34" wide x 36" high x 35" deep. The one inch thick ceramic bowl retains heat longer and more evenly.

Don't let chilly weather prevent outdoor dining. DCS offers a portable heater on wheels that emits a comfortable blanket of heat. This mobile heater comes in your choice of stainless steel or one of our five new textured-color finishes. We also offer an infrared mounted patio heater that hooks up to a natural gas line. It is constructed of quality stainless steel that provides a weatherproof exterior.
